Iceland Health: Cash sickness benefits
When must an application be submitted in order to receive payment at the end of the month?
Cash sickness benefits are not paid monthly. When your application is processed, you will be paid for every day up to and including the day the application is processed, and then every 14 days thereafter if the doctor has confirmed longer period of time that you are unable to work.
