Temporary Primary schools are a resource for primary school children from Grindavík and will be available until the operation can be moved back to Grindavík. Children can also attend schools where they reside today. The temporary primary schools have different locations, depending on the class in question:

Grades 1 and 2 are in a school buildings at Hvassaleitisskóli in Reykjavík.

Grades 3 and 4 are in Tónabær

Grades 5 to 8 are in a school buildings at Armúli 30

Grades 9 and 10 are in a school buildings at Laugarlækjarskóli
