Change of Registered Gender Marker - Approval of Legal Guardians

When changing the gender marker for a minor, their legal guardians are required to give their approval before the registered gender marker can be updated. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided on the form once the approval form for the legal guardians is ready to be filled out.
