Authorization to Appeal Decision

It is important to include any authorizations with your appeal if you are granting another party the authorization to lodge the appeal on your behalf. It is also important to clearly state the decision that is being appealed. The appeal must include a copy of the administrative decision in writing which the appellant wishes to have overturned. Note that this form is available only in Icelandic.
