Recognition as a Planning Consultant

Those who have received training and/or work experience can apply for recognition as a planning consultant and inclusion in the list of persons who may carry out the drawing up of planning plans.

Recognition as a planning consultant

A planning consultant must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Be a planning specialist with the authorization of the Minister.

  • Be an architect, civil engineer, landscape architect, technical engineer or engineer authorised by the Minister and meet one of the following conditions:

    • Have specialized training in the field of planning.

    • Worked in the field of planning for at least two years.

The organisation is responsible for the evaluation of applications for registration on the list of approved planning consultants.

Application accompanying documents:

  • Confirmation of the Minister's authorization for a title.

  • If you apply for specialisation in education: a certified summary of your studies with course descriptions.

  • If you apply for professional specialisation: a confirmed summary of your work experience and the main organisational tasks, as well as a description of the applicant's role in those tasks.
