Collective purchasing
Fee is based on risk assessment, special price lists for different levels of risk.
The purchasers may request a time and cost estimate separately for all projects. The purchasers and the Financial Management Authority may also agree on a fee based on the proportion of the total benefits of projects and shall then have a plan and written agreement before the project begins.

However, the Government and the purchaser may adjust the charge for advisory services as follows, provided that approval is available before the project begins:
The fee is based on a fixed price, taking into account the nature and complexity of the project.
Fee collection is based on the percentage of total benefits of projects.
The buyers may ask for a fixed price which shall be worked on the basis of timeframes of similar projects.
*Advertising and other purchased services are not included and are paid separately according to the bill.

This tariff is established under Article 101 of Act No. 120/2016, on Public Procurement, and enters into force on 1 August 2024. At the same time, the earlier tariff of the same subject 484/2018 is repealed. All prices in the tariff are without VAT.
