How is a secondary user logged into Gagnagátt?

The main user of the portal can register secondary users, you must enter the employee ID number (kennitala) that should get access and, when the employee is registered, you must press the plus in front of the name and add in how much access the employee should have.

You can also send an email to hjalp@sjukra.is and request that an employee be registered as a secondary user.

Access can be granted to a secondary user to create, edit and delete other secondary users, but access can only be added by Iceland Health Information Technology Unit. The member of staff can not request this access himself, but the head of the company / organization.
