Iceland Health: Travel costs
What accompanying documents must be included in the application for refund of travel costs?
Together with the doctor's or midwife's application, receipts for the fare and confirmation of arrival or a copy of the invoice must be submitted, if Iceland Health has not received electronic information about arrival/admission from the therapist.
