Licence to operate special housing for disabled children

Special housing accommodation may be provided for disabled children with severe developmental and mental disorders.
Applicants need to apply for a license to run the accommodation.

Supporting documents with application

• Consent for the procurement of a criminal record certificate. The form must be printed and filled in

• CV of the applicant or head of the organization.

If the applicant is an organization, the following documents shall also be included:

• Operational plan

• Last annual financial statement (if the company is already in business)

• Registration of the organization with the Register of Taxes, stating the legal form, composition of the Board of Directors and the purpose of the organization

• Paragraph 17 Laws about services to disabled people with long term needs nr. 38/2018
