Applications must be made for a permit to operate premises for families and individuals in immediate need for housing.
Social Affairs Committees shall ensure that families and individuals who are not able to do so themselves are provided with solutions in housing to resolve acute problems while a permanent solution is being formed.

Information about the premises, where the service is provided. Location, size, real estate number according to the register of real estate and residential number if applicable.
Operational plan
Last annual financial statement (if the company is already in business)
Registration of the company from the Register of Taxes, stating the legal form, composition of the Board of Directors and the purpose of the Company
