Notification of a car under permit for passenger and freight transport

Holder of passengers and freight transport permit in accordance with laws and regulation must notify the Icelandic Transport Authority of cars belonging to the operation of the permit holder. This applies when adding or reducing the number of cars used by the permit holder.

• Buses and specially equipped cars must have a valid license inspection

• Cars with a travel service permit must have a valid license inspection and be registered in the user category Vehicles with a travel service permit (i. Ökutæki með ferðaþjónustuleyfi)
