Disabled people are also entitled to drive services to services and for other services under the Act on Services for Disabled People with Long-term Support Needs.

Supporting documents with application

• Consent for the procurement of a criminal record certificate. The form must be printed and filled in.

• A medical certificate from a general practitioner certifying the physical and mental health of the applicant

• Applicants CV

• Confirmation of first aid course attendance

• Driving licence

  • Taxi rights

  • D1 rights (small bus with 9 to 16 passengers)

  • D right (bus with passenger transport right)

• Vehicle inspection certificate

• Operational plan

• Last annual financial statement
