Short-term stays are for the receiving of children for care, support, recreation or healthy leisure overnight. This includes places where treatment, leisure activities, seminars, summer stays or other unspecified care are carried out together or separately.
Individuals and other operators may establish and operate homes as mentioned above.

Consent for the obtaining of criminal records from all members of the household aged 15 or older. The form must be printed and filled in.
A medical certificate from a general practitioner certifying the physical and mental health of the applicant
Confirmation of applicant that he/she has completed a first aid course for children
