Vehicle registration change lock

The registered vehicle owner may request the vehicle conversion lock and it shall not be possible to transfer the ownership of the vehicle or deliver a registration plate.

If the request is received, the registered owner is sent a letter, giving one week to protest the registration of the change of ownership or the delivery of registration plates.
