Restricted Work Permit Granted under Exceptional Circumstances
In accordance with law, a restricted work permit may be granted under exceptional circumstances provided certain conditions are met.
Exceptional circumstances may for example apply to foreign nationals holding:
A provisional residence permit.
A residence permit on humanitarian grounds.
A residence permits on the basis of a lawful and special purpose.
Please note that this application must be submitted by the prospective employer and not the prospective employee.
