A new website for the project Loftslagsvænn landbúnaður (Climate-friendly Agriculture) was formally opened by Prime Minister Katrín Jakobsdóttir at the recent Icelandic Agriculture Conference. The website contains a wide range of educational material highlighting various climate issues faced by the agricultural sector. This new information source benefits both farmers and the public.

The annual Icelandic Forestry Conference will be held in Hof, Akureyri, 20-21 March under the title Forest Resources - Infrastructure and Planning. About 140 people are registered to the event.
