My pages accessible to companies

Those who are authorised to do so can now view a company's digital mailbox, it's status with the Treasury amongst other things on My Pages Ísland.is.

Companies can now log on to My pages ón Ísland.is and view data from various institutions:

• Company mailbox

• Applications (where an economic operator can apply through the application system)

• Company information from the Register of Companies

• Real estate from the National Registry of Real Estate

• Financial affairs i.e. the position of a company with the Treasury

• Vehicles from the Transportation and Transportation Administration vehicle register

My pages on Ísland.is are in constant development, which is now accessible to companies for those who have a mandate. Those with power of attorney have automatic access with their own electronic ID and can switch between accounts. Company access is based on a new registration and agency system, which means that the profile holder can provide other users with access to My company's sites if needed.

According to figures from Statistics Iceland, more than 3200 companies were registered in Iceland in 2021 and this improved service should therefore be of use to a large group.
